Avonddermatoloog offers reimbursed, non-contracted care. This means that with a referral from your General Practitioner (GP, dutch: huisarts), you will receive 60-100% of the costs reimbursed by your health insurer (depending on your plan), after your deductible (usually €385 per year) has been met.
Invoices are handled by our billing partner: Infomedics. You will receive an invoice from Infomedics by post or digitally. You can then submit our invoice to your health insurer yourself. You cannot submit this invoice to your insurer without a referral from your general practitioner.

You can also visit Avonddermatoloog without a referral from your GP . In that case, you pay the full amount yourself, and your health insurer plays no role in this process (your deductible is not considered, and no reimbursement is possible through your health insurer). You will receive an invoice immediately (digital and/or paper) and can pay this invoice directly at the clinic by (debit or credit) card.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of €50,-. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer. 

Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation (No Show) will result in a charge of €100,-. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
