Avonddermatoloog offers reimbursed, non-contracted care. This means that with a referral from your General Practitioner (GP, dutch: huisarts), you will receive 60-100% of the costs reimbursed by your health insurer (depending on your health insurance plan/policy; we kindly ask you to check the reimbursement percentage with your own insurer, as Avonddermatoloog does not have access to this information), after your deductible (usually €385 per year) has been met.
Invoices are handled by our billing partner: Infomedics. You will receive an invoice from Infomedics by post or digitally. You can then submit our invoice to your health insurer yourself. You cannot submit this invoice to your insurer without a referral from your general practitioner.
 

Without a referral letter from your general practitioner (GP)

You will be responsible for paying the full cost of your consultation yourself. Your health insurance provider will not be involved in this process, which means that your deductible (excess) will not apply and you will not be eligible for reimbursement through your health insurance. You will receive an invoice (either digitally and/or on paper) and payment is due immediately at the clinic by debit card or credit card.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of €50,-. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer. 

Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation (No Show) will result in a charge of €100,-. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
