Avonddermatoloog offers reimbursed, non-contracted care. This means that with a referral from your General Practitioner (GP, dutch: huisarts), you will receive 60-100% of the costs reimbursed by your health insurer (depending on your health insurance plan/policy; we kindly ask you to check the reimbursement percentage with your own insurer, as Avonddermatoloog does not have access to this information), after your deductible (usually €385 per year) has been met.
Invoices are handled by our billing partner: Infomedics. You will receive an invoice from Infomedics by post or digitally. You can then submit our invoice to your health insurer yourself. You cannot submit this invoice to your insurer without a referral from your general practitioner.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of €50,-. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer. 

Failure to attend your appointment without prior cancellation (No Show) will result in a charge of €100,-. These costs are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
